Yes, included within the service we are able to transport your stock direct to the show. Please speak with a member of our team to organise.

We help with everything from submitting all the necessary plans to the show, calculating the cost of power, ordering carpet and the stand build/break. You can also track the progress of your project on our online management tool. Please ask a member of our team how to view this.

Of course, most organisers will allow this up-to a few weeks before a show. It’s an easy adjustment that could increase your return on investment considerably.

Far from it. We successfully combine the benefits of both custom and modular resulting in a stand that appears bespoke but with all the benefits a modular stand can provide.

With bases in China, Dubai, Australia, U.K and Germany we have it covered. Backed by the same people wherever you exhibit protecting your brand intentionally.

As we build with a reusable sustainable core all our projects are on a hire basis and do not incur any storage fees.

All our packages are all inclusive which means you pay one price for all elements included within your design.

Absolutely, our frames can be skinned in fabric textile which creates an entirely seamless wall.


Artwork and video content questions

This is where our in house team are on hand. We create bespoke content for your business all included within the MEvolution price. Please ask the team to view previous examples.

Our team can arrange for your graphics to be delivered back with you following an event should you wish to use in your premises. We don’t however store boards to be used at the next show. It’s paramount that your stand is finished to the same standard every time it is installed, to ensure this new graphics are printed at each event all included within the cost. This presents the perfect opportunity to alter artwork inline with the target audience or new product launches.

The process is very simple, our team create a panel plan which is sent to your designer backed by continued support. This will then be applied to the final visual for sign off. Alternatively, our team can handle it all for you. We would just need hi res copies of your logos and direction on key messages.
